Refunds & Quality Guarantee

Defects & Errors We stand by the quality of our production. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size/design received), please let us know immediately!

  • Resolution: We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Action: Please email a photo of the defect/error to support@lambca.com so we can verify it with our production team and make it right.

Change of Mind Because every item is manufactured specifically for your order, we generally do not offer cash refunds for “change of mind” returns.

  • Our Solution: If you decide you don’t want the item, we are happy to offer an Exchange for a different product or Store Credit for a future purchase.

Processing Time If a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
