At North Coast Merch, we operate on a Just-in-Time manufacturing model. This means we don’t have a dusty warehouse full of pre-made shirts. Instead, every single item is manufactured specifically for you after you place your order.
Because of this custom process, we encourage you to double-check your sizing before ordering. However, we want you to love what you wear!
Exchange Policy If you ordered an item and the fit isn’t quite right, we are happy to help you exchange it for a different size.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Timeline: Please initiate your exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

The Process: Because we manufacture on demand, exchanges are treated as a priority “New Order” in our production pulse. Once we receive your return, we will order a new blank, print your replacement during our next production cycle (Mon-Wed-Fri), and ship it out to you fresh off the press.
How to Start an Exchange Please email us at support@lambca.com with your Order # and the size you would like to swap for. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your original item.
